The symphony of squid early development is vividly rendered in this video by Nipam Patel, which artfully combines images and video generated in the MBL Embryology Course between 2007 and 2016.

Patel is on the faculty of the Embryology course and is a professor in the Department of Molecular and Cell Biology and in the Department of Integrative Biology at University of California, Berkeley.
